stuck
well, i got the body done. but i can't find the small rubbermaid with my holz&stein circs for the neck and sleeves :-(

i know i took it down to lauderdale last week, to start the sweater. and i thought i brought it back home. gee, i don't know how it's possible to lose something in my pristine orderly immaculate home.....

raja is not impressed.
carla, it took about ten day to get to this point.

i'm speechless.
It's gorgeous. You'll be wearing it with pride at Madrona, I'm assuming?
Stunning! Note to self : must learn to knit faster or give up laundry & vacuuming ;-)
Oh Vanessa, you're the best!
Ten days? Ten effing days????? I'm not talking to you.
O*M*G! Vanessa this is unbelievable, and in 10 freakin' days?! Do you actually sleep??
Can you give more particulars, like colors chosen and actual pattern. This is one of those that can not be obtained anymore, isn't it?? Damn.
Egads. I simply love it - love the colors, love the pattern. You had me pulling out my AS/JS books and drooling over my tea this morning. Now I may have to actually knit something just to keep up with the Jones. :)

Raja is expressing, "you think you've got pattern? HA!" how fast DO you knit? Those flowing colors are just fabulous. you should enter it in your local fair for a blue ribbon!!!
Ten Days? Is that all?
I love it. I love it - who needs to clean the house and move furniture when something like this is on your mind.
Hope the necessary equipment has shown up by now.
That's just beautiful. How come it took you so long?
Beautiful! Fairisle land-speed records? The hands must blur.
I'm late commenting but still, I have to say something. Anything. It's wonderful, it's fabulous - it's amazing and you're a Fair Isle Goddess!
I'm not sure which is more impressive - the result or the fact that it took you only 10 days. Sheesh - it takes me 3 to 4 days to knit a simple stinkin' hat! do you kit in your sleep or something? However you do it, it's beautiful!
Soooo, so pretty!! And I LOVE that Zappa photo! :0)
Beautiful sweater!
First it's gorgeous!
Second, a full body in 10 days, so you could easily knit a full fair isle cardi in 3 weeks say? And my goal is to get fast enough to finish one in 3 months :)
